YPI CREW is dedicated to always work in accordance with MLC 2006 to ensure that seafarers have access to an efficient and well-regulated recruitment and placement system. YPI CREW is listed on the French National Register for seafarer recruitment and placement services as per legal requirements.
To further our compliance, YPI CREW maintains a Statement of Compliance from Lloyds Register for MLC 2006 on a voluntary basis, for which their Marseille office externally audits us each year.
