Originally from Brighton in the South East of England, Emma moved to the South of France almost 10 years ago, after completing her university degree in Modern Languages with Management. She began her professional career with Hertz, where she participated in an International Management Trainee Programme across several countries, ultimately becoming a Station Manager at Nice Airport.
After spending several years in the car rental industry between Paris and the South of France, Emma decided to explore new opportunities in the yachting industry in Antibes. Firstly, in a yacht provisioning company and then in recruitment.
In her spare time, Emma enjoys exploring the many delights of the French Riviera and spending time with her young son and partner.
What do you find most rewarding about working in yacht crew recruitment?
"There’s a strong sense of trust and long-term connection. You often follow candidates throughout their careers, helping them progress from one role to the next, which makes the work feel more meaningful than transactional recruitment."
