Originally from Estonia, Anna came to YPI CREW with previous international work experience and a degree in sociology.
Anna’s adventurous side led her to take the bold step of packing up her life and heading south with her family in 2013. She settled in Antibes, joined YPI CREW and is now part of the dynamic engineering team, working with Jacqui, Marjorie and Stephanie.
What do you find most rewarding about working in yacht crew recruitment?
“I enjoy the whole recruitment process from start to finish. It is rewarding to be present every step of the way, from communicating with the clients and candidates to finally finding the right fit for all parties. And of course, the chocolate we sometimes get from our best candidates after finding them the dream job! Definitely rewarding!”

Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Project Management
