Having grown up in South Africa and completed her university studies in France, Chloé is fully bilingual and bicultural. She is an outgoing and optimistic person who constantly strives for and promotes the best practices and procedures in yacht crew recruitment.
Chloé has been involved in human resources since 1995 and in yacht crew placement since 1998. Outside the office, she likes to escape to nearby Liguria, embrace the outdoors, sample good food and wine, and immerse herself in the arts.
What do you find most rewarding about working in yacht crew recruitment?
"I am privileged to work in such a fast-paced and innovative industry along with many talented and diverse individuals. I am passionate about human nature and behaviour, and there is no better arena than being immersed in the superyacht environment to continually learn and discover the multiple facets of each personality. There is indeed never a dull moment at my desk!"
