YPI CREW is expanding and recruiting! We are looking for three talented new colleagues to join our team as soon as possible, with some further recruitment planned in 2022.
We are looking for two "Recruitment Coordinators", one for a long term position ( French CDI) and one short term position ( French CDD) with a view to turning into a long term job
In these roles you will provide fast and efficient administrative support to a team of driven recruiters. You will multi-task and juggle various demands such as: verbally checking references, checking our candidates certificates, sourcing candidates, assisting them with their CVs, corresponding with clients that are looking for crew and candidates looking for work, creating jobs in our CRM, assisting with telephone cover and any other ad -hoc duties in a busy recruitment company. This will also include holiday cover for the permanent long term position (CDI)
To be happy in these roles you should be a true team player, calm and sharp, with a sense of initiative, excellent written English skills and the courage to pick up the phone to speak with our clients and candidates in a professional manner.
The jobs are based in Antibes so it's important that you are based in France and live within 30 minutes commuting distance by car or public transport. We're a great team whose values are Partnership and Trust.

We are looking for a bilingual English/ French Receptionist / Office manager. This is a long term position (French CDI)
This is an important role as you will be the first point of contact for our candidates and clients calling the office or coming to visit us. You will welcome our visitors, answer, screen and forward all incoming calls, reply to emails, review all candidates registrations in our CRM, assign candidates to recruiters, deal with all stationary and other office supplies, deal with general ad hoc duties, assist recruiters when required during busy period and, for 2022, help in organising our company's 20th Birthday Party!
To be happy in this position, you should enjoy multi-tasking and working in a busy environment with an excellent command of both French and English, written and oral. We are looking for a colleague with a warm and friendly personality who will be the voice of YPI CREW, someone who is organised with an attention to detail. The Receptionist / Office Manager position is 100 % office based.
