Deck Crew Yacht Jobs
This month we are looking for the following Deck crew:
Looking for top Bosuns, both male and female, for single season roles on yachts ranging from 45m to 60m. These are private yachts offering great itineraries and packages.
Calling all deck crew with a background and passion for photography and videography.
We have an 85m+ yacht looking for a DJ with additional photography skills. This role includes world cruising and an attractive package.
Deckhands with Navigational Watch Rating (NWR) needed for a 100m+ vessel offering a 4:2 rotation with an excellent vessel and itinerary.
Deckhands with a Yachtmaster certificate and/or Yacht Rating, plus 2 seasons' experience and water sports skills, we have a range of different vessels looking for top Deckhands committed to joining great programs.

Captain and Officer Yacht Jobs
This month we are looking for the following Captain and Officer crew:
Chief Officers in the 40–60m range for non-rotational contracts
2nd Officers for non-rotational contracts
Captains for motor yachts up to 40m range
Captain teams for either motor or sailing yachts under 40m range
Captains for non-rotational contracts

Engineer Yacht Jobs
This month we are looking for the following Engineering crew:
Candidates holding B1 visas
Temp engineers from junior to senior levels
Licenced permanent and rotational 2nd engineers - junior and mid-level
Sole engineers for Med based yachts
AEC+ candidates with good mechanical, electrical and/or AV/IT skills and/or trade background
ETO and AV/IT candidates
Y3 level Chief Engineers for permanent positions
Qualified and experienced Chief and 2nd engineers for rotational positions - senior levels

Interior Yacht Jobs
We are looking for the following candidates:
Chief Stews on yachts from 40-100m+
Head of Service 100m+
Head of House 100m+
2nd Stews from 40-80m
Experienced Stews 20-160m
Spa and Massage Therapists from 50-160m
Nurse and Hairdressers from 50-160m
The positions listed above are a mix of charter, private, season single season and dual season yachts. On the senior positions we are seeing more rotations being introduced on the larger yachts. This month will see an increase in demand for Chief Stews on yachts from 50-80m as well as HoS and HoH on larger yachts.
The demand for Spa and massage therapists is still going strong this month will see many requests coming in for them, as well as a huge current demand in experienced service stews. This month will see a lot of requests for 2nd Stews and stews with some experience in yachting or relevant landbased experience such as hotel or events management, and the most popular skills being requested are good wine knowledge, service, mixology.
