• Deckhands with Navigational Watch Rating (NWR) and Yachtmaster certificates, for rotational or charter positions.

• Deckhands with photography, videography, or DJ skills – some yachts are looking for multi-talented crew for unique onboard experiences.

Captain & Officer Yacht Jobs

The demand continues for temporary and permanent roles:

• OOW and above for deliveries and short-term contracts.

• Senior officers for dual-season yachts, primarily in the 50–100m range.

• Captains and officer teams for motor and sailing yachts under 40m, including rotational and non-rotational contracts.

Engineer Yacht Jobs

Engineering roles are particularly varied this month:

• Engineers all levels holding B1 visas for permanent, rotational, and temp contracts.
