YPI CREW is a bespoke yacht recruiting company and as such we don't advertise every open yacht job but have our recruiters consistently go through our database and social media platforms to connect our candidates to their dream jobs.
From your side, all you need to do is make sure your YPI CREW profile is up to date and our recruiters will do their best to find you a job best suitable to your qualifications. To do this just follow these 3 simple steps:
Log in to your YPI CREW profile if you have one and if not, simply register your details with us and follow our online application process.
After logging in go through your CV and certificates and make sure all the information you have uploaded is up to date. This is very important as it will enable our recruiters to find you a job that best suits you.
Check in with our recruiters by clicking the 'Check-in' option on the homepage of your YPI CREW profile. Make sure to mark your current locations and write a short message for our recruiters.
Note, that for all positions you will need an STCW Basic Safety Training certificate, as well as an in-date seafarers medical certificate, such as the ENG1 or alternative certificate of medical fitness for seafarers issued by other countries around the world. A YPI CREW recruiter will be in touch with you as soon as there is a suitable opening that would be a great fit for you. Just keep in mind that there is a large volume of open positions so our recruiters will only consider candidates with a complete online profile and with all up-to-date documents.

Yacht Jobs for Deck Crew
The beginning of the year is a busy time for the Captain and Officer department. We have a number of open positions so make sure you improve your chances of getting selected by updating your CV and supporting documents on your YPI CREW profile.
Are you a qualified yacht carpenter straight after your apprenticeship? We are looking for qualified carpenters for 70+m yachts with worldwide cruising. No previous yachting experience is required and B1B2 visa holders are preferred.
Deck crew with B1B2 visas are always welcome to check in with us from their updated YPI CREW profile this time of year.
We are also looking for candidates with a minimum of 4 years of solid yachting experience for 2nd Officer OOW 3000gt and Chief Mate 3000gt positions on 50+m yachts, both dual and single season.

Engineer Yacht Jobs
At the moment we have more than 30 openings in the Engineering department and we expect that number to rise, so please make sure you're registered with us and have an updated profile so we can shortlist you for suitable positions.
One of the positions we need more candidates for is a sole engineer position with AEC+ and strong sailing background for a 35m+ sail yacht based State-side.

Interior Yacht Jobs
At the moment we have more than 110 open positions for the interior department, including Stewardesses, Nurses, SPA Therapists, Personal Trainers and Yogis on both private and charter yachts worldwide.
We are also looking for an experienced Chief Stewardess for a rotational position onboard a 90+m motor yacht.
Another position we are recruiting for is an experienced hands-on Chief Stewardess to join a 60m+ motor yacht.
