Established in 2002, YPI CREW is a specialist recruitment agency for the superyacht crew industry.

Our purpose is to allow new generations to discover yachting, whilst also helping seasoned crew to advance their career and develop their talents. From our home in the yachting capital of Antibes on the French Côte d'Azur, our existing team of 19 talented individuals source and recruit the best yacht crew worldwide from Deckhands to Captains, Officers, Engineers, Chefs and Interior crew.

Our strategy for development in 2023 allows for the creation of two great job opportunities; one is for an experienced Recruiter in the Captain / Officer department.

For this position we are looking for someone with full-cycle recruiting experience, with the ability to talent source, coach, advise and work closely with our clients to bring all parties to job-offer stage.

Whilst maritime recruitment experience would be advantageous, we welcome applications by experienced recruiters in all fields and industries. We are looking for someone with at least two years experience as a recruiter and strong social media aptitude and interest.

This position will either be based in Antibes or in the Hamburg office of our mother company. Both locations would offer a balance between office and home-working.
