This month marks seven years since Anita Lukas joined the YPI CREW team, and we could not be prouder of everything she has brought to the agency and to our Interior candidates over that time.

Originally from Estonia, Anita arrived at YPI CREW in May 2019 as our Interior Administrator Assistant. She brought with her a degree in Economics and Business Management, a background in project management in the printing sector, and a genuine passion for the yachting industry that she had discovered during her summers in Antibes since 2009.

Seven years later, Anita is our Interior Recruitment Specialist, the trusted recruiter for Junior and Specialist Stews, Spa Managers, Spa Therapists, Nurses and Hairdressers. Her progression speaks for itself, but what really sets Anita apart is the way she works with her candidates. She listens, she follows their progression year after year, and she genuinely cares about helping them build the careers they have always imagined.

In her own words: "My favourite part about yacht recruitment is interacting and getting to know our candidates while seeing their career progression throughout the years and being a part of their journey."

And when asked what she finds most rewarding about her role: "Being able to help people accomplish their goals by finding them their dream jobs."

That candidate-first mindset has shaped countless careers across the Interior department over the past seven years, and continues to be a cornerstone of what makes our team so special.

When she is not matching crew with their next yacht, Anita is researching her next adventure. Travel has always been part of her story, and her curiosity about new places and new people is exactly what makes her so good at what she does.
